I used to wonder if healing had to look like doing, like clearing, fixing, forcing, or solving.
But time and again, life brought me back to this quiet truth:

Over the past few years, I’ve had spontaneous moments of what I now call Transfigurative Presence with those around me, friends, loved ones, even coworkers who were never looking for healing, but somehow found themselves shifted after simply being seen.

A colleague exhaled and said, “I don’t know what just happened… but I feel clear.”
A stranger cried softly in a grocery store aisle when I held space with a smiling open heart, not because of anything I said, but because she felt safe for the first time in a long time.
