‍Through The Elemental Lantern, I offer presence-based intuitive support through energy fieldwork, deep listening, creative reflection, and spirit-born art companions.

My work helps illuminate the quiet pieces, patterns, and notes that can become buried beneath the noise of daily life. Not everything needs to be uncovered at once. Each session listens for what is ready in the moment: what is surfacing, what is asking to be seen, and what may help you feel more connected to yourself now.

I have always been a deeply creative soul, with a soft place in my heart for the quiet beings of the earth, the critters, the trees, the waters, the sky, and the subtle layers of life that exist just beneath the surface. My awareness of something deeper has kept my curiosity, imagination, and sense of wonder alive throughout my life.

The forest became one of my greatest teachers during a time of profound grief after my daughter passed unexpectedly. It was the only place where my broken heart could breathe without explanation. The forest held me through my unraveling, and on that living soil, I slowly began to feel myself again.

When a little light returned, I felt a quiet desire to give something back to the place that had held me so generously. Through a series of serendipitous moments, I discovered flower fairy dolls and immediately knew what I was meant to do. I began creating them and leaving them anonymously throughout the forest. People found them, loved them, and began reaching out through my creative page, Cosmically Earthen. Over time, my little fairies traveled across the world, each one created in honor of my precious daughter.

As time went by, I realized they held many more purposes, quiet healing, connection, remembrance, and that I was deeply connected to each one I shaped. The Fae taught me how to listen to subtle realms, and I will share more of that journey in my blog.

Over time, other abilities surfaced, slowly at first, then with more clarity. It took years to find my rhythm and to trust the quiet steadiness of my own presence. One thing has always remained true: I love supporting those who are open to discovery… those who feel ready to reconnect with themselves in a deeper way.

It is through relationship that we come to recognize ourselves, one another, and the living world.

At The Elemental Lantern, I believe meaningful change often begins with recognition.

Something within us asks to be seen. A feeling. A pattern. A memory. A longing. A quiet truth that has been present beneath the noise of daily life.

My work begins by creating enough spaciousness for that recognition to occur.

I do not believe people need to be told who they are, what their experience means, or where their path should lead. I believe each person carries an inner knowing that becomes easier to hear when it is met with presence, compassion, and room to unfold.

Through intuitive listening, creative witnessing, symbolic language, presence-based fieldwork, and spirit-born art, I enter into relationship with what is arising. Rather than seeking answers, I listen for the living relationships asking to be seen. Together we gently illuminate what has been present all along.

Presence is not passive within this work. It is a living, responsive field where what has been hidden, overlooked, or difficult to name may begin to reveal itself.

The sessions, images, writings, maps, and handmade companions created here are not intended to replace your own wisdom. They are offered as artifacts of relationship, tangible or visual companions that help carry your connection with an experience forward.

They are made to be returned to.

A session packet may reveal something new months later. A piece of art may hold a feeling that words could not reach. A journal may become a place where an inner landscape slowly becomes visible. A small companion may quietly remind you of something true.

The offering does not end when the session, artwork, or object is complete. Its life continues through the relationship you form with it.

The Elemental Lantern is rooted in the belief that healing, creativity, remembrance, and transformation do not need to be forced. They often emerge when what is already present is given a safe place to breathe, be witnessed, and come into relationship with the light.

✧ How I Listen and Work

In simple terms, I listen for what is shifting beneath the surface: quiet movement, patterns, images, sensations, inner notes, and living threads that may be ready to come into awareness.

Over time, I have come to understand that I track threads.

For me, tracking is not intrusive or separate from everyday life. It is the way I notice what lights up, what repeats, what connects, and what seems ready to come forward.

I often perceive through patterns, structure, movement, images, body-sense, symbolic impressions, geometric forms, words, essences, emotional tones, and quiet shifts within a person’s field.

My practice of gazing is a form of embodied presence. I sit with the living world, often with trees, light, shadow, symbolic images, or the field of what someone shares with me, and allow what is ready to be noticed to arise naturally.

My background in drafting, combined with years of meditation, energy work, and deep observation, supports the way I perceive structure within subtle movement. I often notice patterns as they form, shift, open, or reorganize.

In some sessions these perceptions become written reflections. In others they may become panoramic companion artwork, a Thread Map, symbolic drawings, handmade companions, journals, or other artifacts of relationship that continue supporting the unfolding of what was revealed.

These creations are not symbolic guesses. They are reflections of what was perceived, witnessed, and translated through the session field.

My role is not to counsel, direct, diagnose, or decide for you. My role is to listen, witness, reflect, and hold a steady field of care. When gentle guidance or invitation arises, it is offered for your reflection only. You remain the authority of your own experience.

I track the living thread beneath what longs to be seen, named, and brought into form.

✧ Path & Practice

I have been attuned to Usui Reiki Master Level twice, Master Level Shamanic Reiki, and certified as an Angel Card Reader. I also received instruction in Charlie Goldsmith’s energetic approach, which refined my sensitivity to subtle electrical currents and movement within the body.

Alongside my energetic training, I hold an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts and am nearing completion of my Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Writing with a focus on Nonfiction. This path has deepened my devotion to authentic expression, personal truth, and the creation of spaces where lived experience can be honored with care and clarity. I have also experienced how writing from an open, receptive state can become deeply transformative, allowing what has been hidden, held, or waiting beneath the surface to move into language.

Although I was never formally trained in Light Language, it flows naturally into my drawings, symbols, dolls, written reflections, and sessions. My hands have always been deeply receptive, sensing, receiving, and shaping what is felt into form.

During sessions, Reiki may arise as guided, along with symbols, intuitive impressions, body-field awareness, and subtle energetic movement.

At times, I may become aware of supportive presences or impressions that feel connected to guides, ancestors, angelic beings, animal medicine, connection with the Higher Self, or loved ones who have passed. I do not seek to define, control, or force these experiences. I simply notice and share them gently when they feel supportive.

Each person is always free to receive what resonates and leave what does not.

There are also moments where I receive imagery that feels connected to other lifetimes, deeper narrative layers, or symbolic memory within a person’s field. I hold these as meaningful reflections rather than fixed truths, offering them with care and without interpretation so each person can engage with them in their own way.

I hold a space of steady witnessing where truth can rise on its own.

✧ The Living Thread

I have come to know myself as a tracker of the living thread.

Whether I am sitting with a person, a symbol, a story, a handmade piece, or something discarded and waiting for new life, I enter into relationship with what is present and notice what still holds light.

I notice what is hidden, tender, scattered, luminous, or becoming, and help bring it into visible, speakable, or tangible form.

This is the current beneath my sessions, my spirit art, my writing, my dolls, my drawings, my journals, and my illuminated creations.

Each form begins with the same quiet practice: becoming still enough to notice what is ready to arise, what is asking to be seen, and what may be carried forward as an artifact of relationship.

The forms will continue to evolve as I do.

The form may change.
The thread is the same.

My intention is to create spaces of embodied presence and gentle illumination where the living thread can be noticed, honored, and brought into form without pressure or expectation.
