There Is Nothing Wrong With You: Loving the Unseen Emotions
There’s a quiet truth rising in my field, and I feel it echoing for many…
It’s the awareness that not all emotions need to be released.
Some simply want to be loved.
Today, I felt my chest tighten, hurt, not with fear, but with a feeling that wanted to cry, to scream, to be seen. And I realized something: this part of me doesn't need fixing. It doesn't need to be cleared or healed in the old way.
It wants to be held. Maybe even scream or welcome crying from the gut!
Our bodies carry sacred memory.
Our hearts remember every moment they weren’t fully received.
Our lungs remember the breath we held when it wasn’t safe to feel.
And the chest, oh, this tender temple, it remembers every time we silenced ourselves for the comfort of others.
So I am choosing to walk a new path with my emotions:
One where I say to them,
"You are not wrong. You are not too much. You are sacred."
From this space, we can integrate what was once hidden. Not banish. Not battle. But welcome.
And now, I offer a vibrational transmission from this space, a tender field of presence and loving witness, for you to listen to whenever your own heart begins to ache with memory. It is here for you, as you are.
Gently open,
DeAn’Na
✨ You are the lantern.
The light you’ve been searching for has always lived within your chest, waiting for your love to meet it there. This is not the beginning of your healing; it is the remembering of your wholeness.
Breathe. Feel. Welcome yourself home. 🤍
