Held Presence for Animals
A gentle, remote session for your animal companion
A gentle, remote session for your animal companion
A quiet space of presence for your animal… and the bond you share
This 30-minute remote session offers gentle, non-invasive support for your animal’s emotional well-being and overall sense of ease
There is nothing to fix
nothing to force
Only a calm space where your animal is met as they are… and where natural settling may occur
What This Session Is
Held Presence for Animals is a 30-minute remote session where your animal companion is met in calm, steady presence
During this time, I attune to your animal in a gentle, non-invasive way, allowing what is ready to settle or soften to do so naturally
Animals are deeply responsive to the environments and relationships they are part of
because of this, this session may also support the shared space between you and your animalThis is not a training or behavior-based service
It is a quiet, supportive space where your animal is met as they are
What This Session May Support
anxious or sensitive animals
restlessness or difficulty settling
transitions such as rehoming, travel, or environmental changes
overstimulation or emotional tension
a gentle return to calm and ease
🐾 Each animal responds in their own way… and that response is respected
How It Works
Sessions are held remotely and last 30 minutes
Before your session, you’ll be asked to provide your animal’s name and a photo
At the time of your session, you’re invited to simply be with your animal in whatever way feels natural
You may sit with them, hold them, or allow them to move freely
There is nothing you need to do
and nothing your animal needs to doSome animals may rest, move around, come closer, or go about their usual rhythm
However it unfolds… is enough
