What Is a Candle Transmission?

There are moments when something begins to move through us
before we have words for it.

A Candle Transmission is created in one of those moments.

It is not a guided meditation.
There is nothing to follow, no steps to complete, no outcome to reach.

Instead, it is a presence-based audio experience
where voice, breath, and subtle environmental sound
come together to create a space the body can respond to naturally.

In a world that often asks us to do more, think more, and fix more,
this offers something different.

A place to simply listen.

🕯️Why “Candle”

I began calling these Candle Transmissions
because they feel less like something to consume
and more like something to sit with.

A candle does not ask anything of you.
It does not guide or instruct.

It simply burns…
holding a steady presence in the room.

These recordings are created in that same way.

They are not here to lead you somewhere,
but to offer a space you can enter
where your body is free to soften, respond,
and come into its own rhythm.

You can return to them more than once…
and each time, the experience may be different.

Just like sitting beside a candle,
what unfolds is not forced.

It is allowed.

🌊 How a Candle Transmission works

Rather than guiding the mind, a Candle Transmission supports the body.

Through tone, pacing, and breath, the nervous system is invited into a state of:

  • deep relaxation

  • gentle regulation

  • increased somatic awareness

  • natural unwinding of tension

Some people notice warmth.
Some feel subtle movement or activation.
Others drift into a state between wakefulness and sleep.

There is no “correct” way to experience it.

Your body already knows how to receive.

🌿 Why there is no background music

These recordings are intentionally created without music.

This allows:

  • your breath to become the rhythm

  • the voice to remain the anchor

  • the experience to stay personal and undirected

Without layered sound, your system has space to respond in its own way.

🕯️ How to listen

For the most immersive experience:

  • use headphones or earbuds

  • adjust volume to a comfortable level

  • allow your body to be fully supported (lying down or resting)

  • do not listen while driving

After listening, you may wish to drink water and take a few quiet moments before returning to your day.

🌬️ A different kind of experience

A Candle Transmission does not try to change you.

It creates a space where something within you
may begin to organize, soften, or come into quiet clarity.

You are not being guided.

You are being met.

🔥 Closing

If you feel drawn to experience one,
you can explore the Candle Transmissions within the
Presence Library.

And if something shifts for you while listening…
you’re always welcome to
share what you noticed.

You are so appreciated.
