At our agreed time, I begin approximately 60 minutes of focused remote work with the energetic field of the body. This may include chakra clearing and balancing, energetic pathways and meridians, grounding, the central column, heart-field, energetic boundaries, nervous-system settling, or other areas that naturally draw attention.
As the energetic work unfolds, intuitive information may also arise through imagery, words or phrases, emotional or relational patterns, memories, symbolic material, inner-child experiences, spiritual or ancestral presence, passed loved ones, or other unexpected connections. Nothing is summoned or required to appear. Every session unfolds differently.
The energetic work and the information received are not necessarily separate processes. One layer may lead naturally into another, revealing relationships between what initially seemed unrelated.
Following the session, I return to my notes and bring what emerged together in your Personalized Digital Companion Packet. Your packet includes a written Session Summary, Signature Companion Image, Living Thread Map, and Integration Reflection Questions, giving you tangible ways to revisit the experience and notice what may continue to become meaningful over time.
An optional Integration Call is available after you've had time to spend with your packet. Your session and companion packet are complete without it.
