During a 30-minute tracking window, I observe what rises in the field and translate it into written thread notes, a session summary, and a panoramic Living Thread Companion Image. These are gathered into a downloadable session packet with integration reflection questions for your own continued receiving.
This session does not require a scheduled appointment. You do not need to be on a call or video. The work is completed remotely, and your completed session packet is delivered digitally.
